BRS Procoat Projects is a South African owned concern and is based in Knysna.
The PERMACOAT coating system itself, Trade Mark reference number 09703694, is a system of South African ingenuity and was designed by Vernon Kitley and leading chemical manufacturers.
This specialized coating has been S.A.B.S. certified (Test report No. 2151 / 874058 / P616A) and has been manufactured in consultation with Hoechst Germany, using the highest quality raw materials. The coating itself is stain resistant and has an elasticity of over 500 percent, completely eliminating hairline cracking on all wall surfaces.
Vernon Kitley, Vice President of DWASA (Dampproofing Waterproofing Association South Africa), Southern Cape division, has gained his experience working for construction companies, building roads and houses. Vernon has been specializing in refurbishment of buildings since 1989. Vernon helps supervise each contract together with his managers and highly skilled site foremen, ensuring that the highest standard of workmanship is maintained at all times.
BRS Procoat Projects are members of the MASTER BUILDERS ASSOCIATION as well as the DAMPPROOFING AND WATERPROOFING ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH AFRICA, DWASA (Membership No. 23). We have successfully completed over 700 homes in Gauteng and the Southern Cape.
